Last-Minute Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We understand that unexpected events can occur, leading to a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to manage our schedule effectively and respect the time of our professionals, we are implementing a policy regarding last-minute changes.

Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours:

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy is necessary to compensate our staff for their time and ensure that we can continue providing the highest quality service to all our clients.

New Appointments After Cancellation & or Rescheduling:

We encourage all our clients to carefully consider their schedules before booking appointments to avoid any unnecessary charges. Our goal is always to provide the best experience possible, and managing our bookings effectively is essential for us to maintain this standard

 If you wish to set a new appointment after a last-minute cancellation or reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your slot. This deposit will be applied to your service as usual.
